Sir please make a video on basics of cooking. Like once while cooking aloo fry I instantly started putting potatoes without letting the oil to heat up and eventually Potatoes started sticking to the pan. Later I came to know the reason from my mother. Even today I don't know what leads the hot oil to spill out while cooking. It will be helpful for batchelors and for those who are new to cooking.
