Wait until you see her Beethoven cover. Welcome to the world of Tina S. Some quick info - Tina studied classical guitar from the age of 6-13. At 13 she switched to electric under the tutelage of Renaud Louis-Servais, a well known French guitarist/instructor. At the age of 14, he started filming Tina performing covers of some of the most difficult guitar solos, starting with Eddie Van Halen's 'Eruption'. At the age of 18, Tina disappeared from the internet and all social media. Lots of speculation since then with the major consensus that she went to school, but no one really knows. My favorite are her covers are For the Love of God by Steve Vai and Altitudes by Jason Becker. Not only do they require superior technical ability but also touch/feel/emotion and she nails them. Guitar was her hobby when she was in high school. She stopped posting for 6 years while she attended University. Now she is back! She is in a band called 'Spin Twice' and their first album has recently been released. She is my favorite guitarist and an incredible talent!

When a manufacturer of a big company trusts you to be a spokesperson... This is what (among other stuff) happened to Tina...for the manufacturer of the Vigier guitar brand. Name anyone as young as Tina was at the time, asked to act in like capacity! Tina is above anyone and everyone, male or female, as a guitarist. TINA SETKIC has become the manual, the source to be studied. There is a video that features both Tina and Dr Viosy simultaneously playing the guitar version of Beethoven "Moonlight Sonata 3rd movement" that Viosy wrote. Here she uses basically the same figuring on the fretboard as Viosy but with so much less effort than the doctor! Someone also put a video together with Tina and Ingwie Malmsteen playing his song "Arpeggios from hell". Needless to say that Tina's rendition was effortless and absolutely crystal clear and precise. By now I hope you have followed the the suggestion on doing Jason Becker's "Altitudes", Steve Vai's "For the love of God" and Gary Moore's "The Loner" - all covers that Tina has done. I like your reaction. You guys are so cool. Keep it up.

If you thought this one was difficult, and she made it look easy, you are to react to Jason Becker‘s altitudes. I watched it four times already the last hour. It’s she is just phenomenal with how she handles the guitar with her fingers. She was only I think 15 when she did this one she was playing both parts, chewing gum at the time 3/4 of the time not even looking at the guitar is playing, you have to be on a total Nother level to play some of these riffs that she’s playing and I think a lot of them she’s playing for memory I think from what she’s heard and maybe seen either way she’s the best female guitarist on the planet I don’t care what anybody says, hands-down, the best female guitarist ever and she’s probably in the top 10 if not the top five of some of the best men And she’s only 15 well then she’s 23 now and I’ve heard she’s back and she’s got a band called spine. She just uploaded and changed some stuff on her RU-vid Facebook and something else. She’s got a band now so she’s not retired. I think maybe making cover she is but she’s in a band .

Tina S is a guitar goddess, I swear. BTW - both perfect pitch and photographic memory are useless to guitar players, unless they can also hit their notes. Dexterity and muscle memory are probably more important, in a song like this. Also - Guitar Hero has only a single "string" and a handful of buttons. It's nothing like playing a real guitar. LOL.

remember she was only 15 when she did this... there are people that have been playing40+ years and are nowhere near her talent or skill level she is for sure a prodigy.

TheDooo doesn’t have perfect pitch. He has relative pitch. If you played a note on a piano, he most likely couldn’t tell you what note it was. Marcus Veltri andRob Landes have perfect pitch. You could blindfold them and hit a note and they’d be able to tell you what note it was exactly, even flat or sharp. TheDooo can hear the difference in notes and the chord progressions, but he needs a reference note to start. Mix that with music theory, lots and lots of practice, and that is how he can play songs very close upon first listen. Also, photographic memory doesn’t make you a genius. There are lots of ppl with it that aren’t genius level IQ. Doesn’t matter if you remember every word in a quantum theory textbook if you don’t understand it. The ones with high IQ’s and a photographic memory are geniuses. There hasn’t been a verifiable case of true photographic memory [100% recall], but those attributed to have it, do recall things with an extraordinarily high amount of accuracy.
