This is my first time hearing this orchestrated version of the song, takes me back to when I was around half my age now (I'm 18 now) sat playing this on my DS in my room back when things were so much simpler and I didn't have a single worry in the world. This song will always have a special place in my heart it means a great deal to me.
I don't think they will remake it. If they do, it better NOT be just a switch exclusive game. (I hope switch has died at this point, they don't settle on a system...)
Zion The Dragon I mean I heard that during the Dragon Quest IX anniversary livestream, they said they were definitely interested in remaking it while upgrading the graphics to look like Dragon Quest XI, and they said it was very feasible, it would take maybe a few months tops (lol i know know that sounds crazy but that’s what they said) and that remaking the game would be very simple, that they would love to and could do it, but at one point they also had to stop and say nothing is actually in development for a remake yet, cuz ppl would get excited and start jumping to conclusions. Oh they also said it would most likely be on the switch. But from what I heard, a remake definitely looks imminent. Honestly I think it might land on the switch at least 2 years from now, give or take, cuz ik they’re already developing Dragon Quest XII.
Axel K. Don’t get my hopes up 😭 I need a remake for this game. It would make complete sense, I’m fairly sure it’s the highest selling DQ game, certainly in the West.
