Heard during the prologue, the very first theme you hear after you begin the game for the first time. Much later on it reoccurs during the battle with Grigori across the fortress ruins. Quite the epic theme.
This will forever be my favorite track. As soon as it kicks off you scramble trying to figure out “how the hell do I bring that thing down!” While running for your life
@@JuliusCaesar103 It's the same feeling I had with DMC5 in general. It is a superior game in pretty much every way than DMC3, but there's something about DMC3 that makes it impossible to surpass as an experience. DD2 will be an absolute masterpiece I'm sure, but I don't think there'll be something in it that top the original bridge sequence with this theme. I'd be super happy to be proven wrong though!
@@Zero0mtk I know what you mean. Mechanically speaking the fights in DMC5 were better but there was just something about 3 that made them special. I think it was mostly the soundtrack, and nostalgia.
Well this is epic....... But seriously I've done this fight so many times and it is still a good song and the fight never got old it was so good for a fight heck it used all your knowledge of the game from climbing, running, using the harpoons, and the quick time events made the fight so fun then the last third of the fight just was a straight up epic fight of you and this big dragon who knows why you've come, and it is a fight of the true arisen and the fallen one (I say fallen because if you die to the senachal you become the dragon to find a new arisen) he uses spells and turns the pawns you've come to know against you, but you push forward, so when the beast flys to rain fire apon you shoot it down and after it loses the battle you acquire your life, and in grigori's final words he says with a boom "head me well arisen only my death will staunch the flood of destruction" which opens the way forward to the senachal. Good job capcom
The first time hearing this right at the beginning of the encounter really set the tone for the magnitude of what we got ourselves into for fighting a dragon
When you start a game as unnamed arisen, this song play when you see grigori and run to fight with him. At the end of game this song play when you play as arisen, and also run to final fight) it's quite good moment, like both of arisens has the same way to the end, and doing the same thing in different period of time.
