Finally a calm day to trim and explore the flight characteristics of the Dragonfly2 - my mostly LW-PLA model. I had made patches overnight to correct a ragged wing-tip and when it dawned sunny and mostly-calm it was time for another session.
A half dozen flights to establish trim and test response as well as some greatly needed landing skills. Learned so much more without the wind adding 'noise' to the flying. Better feel for the beastie and a triple loop for fun. Four good landings, one lucky recovery and one arrival.
Used 80 % of the battery, departed the field with no damage, no need to replace the prop.
