Idk if youll see this but thank you for the dragon quest content. There arent many, if any, youtubers playing the series in 2023-24 so it makes me happy seeing my favorite rpg franchise getting some love
Has anyone ever considered using fandango as a primary attacking move in a critical turtle strategy? Giving the party 100 in sage's unique skills makes abilities cost way less and a bunch of base MP, making the move cost 6 MP instead of 8 AND you have all that extra base MP to boot
You guys should try X with the translation tools. I finally set it up last week and having a blast, was super easy with a guide. Took less than 10 min. Closest game to IX and the story is actually a legit DQ Story and not just phoned in MMO nonsense. You can play about 80-100 hours worth of game for free, maybe more. You only have to pay when you complete v2 and want to move on to v3.
btw according to the wiki upgrading your critical fan makes a huge difference, it goes from 6% chance to 10% supposedly, while upgrading your armor barely makes a difference, since its the best item in the game you shouldve probably done that instead.
