He is, and I already fought him there. But he took off and I'm looking for the second encounter.

Only thing I have gotten so far is this: "most north part of map after defeating magma wyrm Makar " Not much but it's something.

@@GracelessTarnished Apparently his second encounter is somewhere on the mountain someone said. Seems he moves multiple times.
