Dragonstaff windmill tutorial / Your first Fountain 

Windmills! In learning this windmill, you can also learn a simple fountain. Just use large body movements and don't tighten up the motions at the end of the video.
As always, this can be done 4x ways. Spinning cw/ccw, rolling towards you and away from you.
