The pedestrian signals were for a crosswalk on the far side of the tracks from the intersection and were 16 inch ICC pedestrian signals with Dialight LEDs in them. They used to originally be incandescent ones with worded lenses like what I have though.

Here in Terre Haute they all are, but just about anywhere else I see them they are red or blue.

Federal Signal bought WRRS in 1968 and renamed it the "Western Cullen Division". They then bought Hayes Track Appliance Co. and merged into the Western Cullen Division, prior to selling the division off in 1977 (which then became WCH).

I’m also a little confused as to why the cantilevers were from Modern Industries, also the junction boxes too. I also noticed at Holmes Ave. #2, the federal signal lights also had Modern Industries junction boxes.

The previous pedestrian signals here were from ICC.

Oh also this needs an upgrade on lights cause THEY CANT TELL IF THEY ARE ACTIVE IN THE DAY ONLY IN THE DARK CAN THEY TELL IF THE CROSSING IS ACTIVE
