This might be an unpopular opinion but I feel drake is always rapping. Two guarantees you’ll get from a drake project is a sappy r&b song and a track of him really rapping. In terms ‘pure raps’ push ups and Taylor made are on the lower end. Churchill downs is better than both imo. Even with scary hours 3 you get red button and stories about my brother which lowkey responds to what’s happened this last month. Chicago freestyle, champagne poetry, lemon pepper, middle of the ocean, Buffalo freestyle are all pure raps.
We so take that for granted but it'll be better if he can just drop the pop, house, dancehall, and r&b songs and make an entire album of him rapping. At this point in his career,, its time for that album from him since he got the honestly nevermind album out of his system. A focused rap album but nothing else.
We don’t need Drake to respond within 24 hours, we don’t need Kendrick to respond within 24 hours. We just want quality music from both artist. I hope they go toe to toe and hopefully even on there next album like Kanye and 50 cent did with their album. Not even dissing each other but maybe dropping on the same day. That would be WILD!

I’m definitely OVO but not anti Kendrick at all. IMO Drake still holds the top spot but you can’t be cranking out albums like FATD and claiming to be the best. In this regard I think it’s appropriate for Kendrick to hold him accountable. Thanks Kenny 👌🏾
