I agree that Drake isn't anywhere on the GOAT list, and (you didn't mention him) Wayne is too consistent to be higher than low-top-ten, but Kanye is easily one of the greatest. He never had a bad album between '04 and '16, and had 4 classics. And his last two albums (Vultures & Donda) were both good.

All articles said that Wayne and Kanye already submitted their verses, but after Eminem submitted his verse, both Kanye West and Lil Wayne supposedly went back and changed their whole verse. Whether you call it rewrite or re-record is really irrelevant. It could be true, because Kanye confirmed the part about him. To my knowledge, Wayne never confirmed or denied re-recording his part, so unless he does, we will never know for sure. I can’t find the initial source of this information, so you’re right to be critical of it, but you can’t refute it either.

wayne had the best verse on this song. definitely the best bars (and more frequent bars) but em had the best FLOW the only bar, that made me go "bars" was the true villain scheme. the rest was flow.
