Drakkar Intense by Guy Laroche 

I got a set of Drakkar Noir in the fall of 91 as a graduation gift with the bodywash. The Bodywash lasted forever as you didn't have to use much. Good memories. Thanks Mom

So for anyone who didn’t catch the picture of Drakkar. Drakkar Noir is NOT the original. Drakkar (long discontinued) is. Drakkar Intense is based off the original Drakkar, and not Noir. I barely remember Drakkar (the OG), but I remember my dad dabbing some on me before school. I would really love to smell the newer Intense version.

I absolutely love this, I blind purchased after breaking out my vintage Drakkar Noir and remembering how good it was. This intense version is becoming my daily and I even ordered the body spray which is also AMAZING!

I was very surprised by this one !!! A great mix of green,boozy and fresh/sweet notes … One this reminded me of is Cuba Brazil but it was more vanilla like. I actually get 8-10 hours and projection isn’t beastly but the sillage on this is so smooth and nice. My friend she LOVED this and smelled like sweet soap up close but in the air it reminded her of a Vanilla Coke and rum mixture

Yep, Intense is a flanker of the original Drakkar, as is Noir. Must have a unifying DNA with the OG but it isn’t supposed to be a variant of Noir. Thank you for the great review- looks like Intense is pretty good- I’m interested in getting it

They smell the same. Only difference is the intense has a boozy sweet spicy kind of smell. You still get the barbershop vibe.
