You should not allow a police officer not in uniform to arrest you. How do you differentiate him from a thief pretending to be a police officer. Its either he produces his identification or go and come with a uniformed police officer with a bunch to arrest you. Its illegal for for those without uniforms to arrest you. One day i lost alot after guys pretending to be police told me to stop then i obeyed.

Now I understand why Ian Njoroge released his anger on that Traffic Cop. It was unwarranted but cops can be very annoying at times. What did this guy do? Why can't they just let him be and mind their own business. They should look for the real thugs or culprits who break the Law and not innocent folks who exercise their constitutional rights. Misplaced priorities in Kenya! Politicians want to look poshly dressed with expensive designer suits, shoes and watches, yet a common mwananchi like this guy can't afford a simple meal worth even 50 Bob.
