Poor Justine! I'm so glad Ron is there for her. Maybe it's a good thing you're getting married sooner, now your favorite time of the year will be even more special.

This is all headed in the right direction. They love each other. They cook together. They house hunt together. He's the man for you Justine. And you're the sweet, no nonsense lady for him Your the American lady that helped make the frontier a livable place. You and Ron. 💖💖

I can't help it - I kind of want Justine to lose her job so she and Ron can get married sooner rather than later. I love romance in Autumn and a wedding outdoors in the beautiful fall weather with the glorious backdrop of reds, golds, and browns would be just perfect. And then to be able to follow them through setting up household, celebrating holidays together, just that first year of marriage would be truly fun to watch. I truly enjoy watching the sweet romance between Ron and Justine. It's the way, in my opinion, that courting should be. Ron is ready and able to take care of Justine, they obviously love each other; Ron is truly Justine's knight in shining armor. I can't wait for the next episode to find out what happens.

Ron moved up the wedding date and he can cook. He's definitely a keeper. When Justine said she had been sick all morning, my first thought was morning sickness especially since she got better as the day went on. Can't wait to see how all this turns out.

I'm proud of Ron. I remember when my oldest son (now 32) was younger he announced that he would never cook because cooking was woman's work. I told him any man that refuses to cook or clean for himself is a fool because he will always be stuck with whatever woman he can convince to do those things for him. Only a man that is self-sufficient can be the master of his own fate because he doesn't need anybody else. He got quiet after that. A few days later he wanted to learn to cook and has been ever since. Real men do cook.

I feel your pain Justine! We bought a 200 year old farmhouse in Chile. It's off grid, non-electric without plumbing and it had a collapsing roof. We fixed the roof but there are still leaks. The neighbor's animals used it for a barn for nearly 15 years and the floor was covered with 6" of manure. With some elbow grease we have made it a home and I love my old house! Good luck to you guys, and remember, home is where the heart is! ❤️

I am glad Ron is there to save the day. I also have to say I love cream. When I was little we lived on a farm in North Carolina Smokey mountains and we had our own cows, chickens, Turkeys, ducks and cats to catch mice and dogs for hunting rabbit and squirrel. Every once in a while my mother would give us a dallop of top cream and it was heaven. We also made butter once a week and butter milk.

This reminds me of when I lived in Ecuador/ I lived with 5 other travels in a big cabin. Only had a fire pit to cook on an a outhouse an small river to bath in but it was the best 3months! Cooking on the fire every night eating together singing songs being happy it was a beautiful time

How awesome to see early American life. And their food had to be sooo much better cause it was cooked over a fire with cast iron. And the drama.. loved it.
