An explanation and demonstration of body language for character creation.
Body language tells the audience so much about how your character is feeling and what they are thinking. Is your character more open, or closed? Upright or hunched, shy or confident? There are so many decisions you can make about your character’s body language and when/how it changes. Be sure to observe people both on stage/screen and in real life as this forms the basis for your acting work.
