I heard you say in one of your videos someone unsubscribed because you received gifts from your fans and how they dis agreed with that. I could hear sadness in your voice talking about it. And I want to say, that is just about them and the way they see life. People in the public eye have received gifts and fan mail for years and years. There is nothing wrong with giving. Helen, I keep forgetting to ask you this. So, let me do it now. How do you keep yourself so clean when you make your art pieces??? You always look like a lady. You don't wear a smock or apron AND you don't get cement or paint or any goo on yourself. You fascinate me. I walk out my door and I get myself dirty. But not you. How do you do this? Sweetie, I lost my mom 6yrs ago and I truly so miss her with all of my heart. She never told me that she loved until I was a adult. But its ok she was still a great mom. My mom Rachel had a beautiful soul just like you. She loved everybody. She never judged people. I would tell her mom why do you let people treat you so mean, and she always would tell me Kathy love them no matter what you don’t know the problems that these people have they could be sick or suffering we just don’t know. I really enjoy your company Helen! It reminds me of my Mom's people from the South. I could listen to my great grandma all day long and you're the same. When she laughed she sounded just like you. I grew up in the West so the only Southern accent I heard growing up was my mother's and she lost a lot of it over the years. So listening to you takes me back to yearly visits and fond memories. 💕💕💕

I just loved the beautiful pot...going to try that one for myself!!! As for the hummingbirds, they hitch a ride on geese for their migration! All snug in the feather down for the trip south! Morning Helen, Yes I was with my Daddy when he reseated a little chairs my sisters and I had to sit in . Daddy took a piece of fresh cowhide he had just butchered. Draped it over the seat while it was fresh , cut 2 strips on the 4 corners of the seat to tie the cow hide into place. Then it was set out on the porch in the sun to harden. We couldn’t sit in it before Daddy to,d us it was set & ready to sit in. The chair is still good 65 years later. The hair is rubbed off of the cow hide seat but still just like it was when Daddy fixed the seat. It’s the only little chair I ever remember having growing up. It’s at our little farm in Blackshear, Ga. my Mama’s Daddy was a janitor at a elementary school and the it had been thrown out because the seat had been broken. That’s how Daddy come by it & fixed it. He used deerhide on some other chairs.But the animal hide has to be used fresh after the butchered animals, wash it good, then cut-drape-tie it dry & got your self a forever chair. Hugs to you 🙏❣️

Good morning Helen, came upon your RU-vid site a couple months ago watching you make your beautiful things for your garden! I'm in Colorado and I feel so drawn to you Helen...don't know how to express that other than the lord as blessed me to be able to watch you and feel enjoyment! I too enjoy immensely being out in my yard trying to get things to grow and make the yards so I don't have to do that darn weed pulling so much. I used to cut everyone's hair too. I cut my own hair to this day and I will be 77 later on this month. I have always fixed my own hair. When I get a beauty shop haircut I get home and cut a little here and there to suit me! I can't give myself perms like I used to though. My arms get too tired. Your flower pot is just beautiful.
