Jessica ? If you don't get therapy, we are the next best thing! The people on RU-vid try to make you feel better. You tell yourself when you are upset, someone out there is determined to help you. So, here I am! You are gonna be ok, people care about you. Think how blessed you are! A home, siblings, clearly some form of technology. Some don't have that. But, when you are sad, sing your favourite song, or talk to someone. Do whatever makes you happy. Peace out Your online sister Because the internet is a happy family.

Lizzy, I really loved this! it tought me lots! And I was listening. I was understanding a lot! sometimes i forget things and refuse to understand but I actually listened! I feel like I am always getting bullied because I have some kind of stomach issue and I normally ignore it but a few weeks ago I got really angry... but my friend calmed me down... if she weren't there I couldve been in a lot of trouble... but thanks to relaxation I'm starting to have less issues! thank you for making this video I was really intrested! 😺 😉

I am also diagnosed anxiety, and I had really bad sensory issues, so bad that I had to switch schools and start going to therapy. My doctor says that I will always suffering from anxiety and OCD (which I am also diagnosed with), but after 4 years of therapy I don't have sensory issues any more.

I felt magic when I went to my new school and met someone who is now my best friend and soon to be roommate because when we were in 4th grade we planed out what we would do together she would be my dorm mate in collage and then we would move in together and how strong our friendship is just doesn't feel real to me. I am now considering therapy, as I do suffer anxiety and depression myself. I was in it for a few months and it made it worse, did this happen to you then it got better later on? Please tell me I really need to know so I can figure out if therapy would actually be good for me or not..

Everyone's experiences with therapy are different so I can't tell you exactly what would work for you, but if I were in your position, I would try to find a different therapist if I felt like my current one was making things worse.

I did indeed have that! I don't anymore though, due to what I think is probably a combination of therapy and growing out of some of the symptoms, so you can take me as living proof that it can be overcome! :)

Half the comments are: OMG ITS KATELYN!! When really, Katelyn is a character made by Aphmau, and Princess Rizu is Lizzy who voice acts for Katelyn. Aphmau is an amazing person, yes, but Lizzy is not defined by just Katelyn. She's defined by many other things in life....

I'm so glad you said animation is for everyone, I tend to get picked on for liking anime and animated movies. I sometimes watch it in my enrichment because I don't have homework. But when I started to do it, they started getting more physical. They threw stuff at me, hit me but not to hard and made fun of me....But I ignore them and watch my anime until they keep doing it.
