This drawing is of a steam train that travels through the heart of central Germany on the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways, showcasing the stunning landscapes of the Harz Mountains. I think this is what it means to be gifted. I can literally hear the huffing and puffing of the locomotive, the clangs of it's pistons and it's mournful yet shrill whistle!

Thats so weird I literally did a version of this a few years ago in my art class with ink. Specifically a train in winter while it snows going through a bunch of trees. Amazing work.

I'm always amazed by the level of detail you put into your drawings. The time lapse was so fast the detail of your work almost escaped me. I slowed the video down to a quarter speed and surprised to see you were using an X-ACTO knife to flick pieces of black away followed up with a white pencil to make it pop. I've used erasers but with no where near the precision you've attained. Well done Heather!
