Helloooo friends, this is an art challenge where I draw in my sketchbook for eight hours straight without distractions! This is a dopamine detox/reset endurance challenge where you're not allowed to use social media or do anything stimulating during ur rest breaks! The goal is to make urself feel "bored" during the rest periods. I hope you enjoy the sketches and commentary heheh.
