Drawing, inking and colouring- did I mess this up..? Graffiti blackbook illustration

I much prefer to blend using a lighter colour because I find I can get better blends that way. I used a blender when I first started using alcohol markers but it was a much more drawn out process. I'm not against using them. I still would if I needed to. I also never really vary my light source unless I really have to so I get used to where the shadows fall.

Thanks mate, thiusis actually a heavyweight paper- about 220g/m2, smooth grain. It's become my surface of choice in the last few years.
