The whole duck/leek thing is based off of a Japanese saying that basically means “a duck comes bearing green onions” and is kinda used when something is surprising but convenient. Duck and green onion are both used in duck stew, for instance, so a duck walking in carrying green onions would be super lucky and a bit far-fetched. And that’s the English name

Jaiden's drawings are just on a another level type of quality, smoothness and detailing. The creativity is also on another level. My goodness she's talented.

I love how they are opposites, James is the creative and goofy one, and maiden is the more down to earth normal, don't take time to be goofy, even their drawing styles are complete opposites and differentiated

I love how Odd is combining Twin Needle and Pin Missle (both hit multiple times but Twin needle hits twice and Pin Missle hits 2-5 times... but mostly twice in my experience)

In case you ever do this idea again, try this, use two random number generators. The first one will be the number of the the pokemon you draw. The second is the type to change it into. If it matches a type it already has, then add 1 to the result and draw that instead (+1 again if it matches the second type of the pokemon, and if it goes past the final number, it goes back to '1' again)

This wasn't a competition to see who can draw "better". I think Jaiden's Pokémon were badass, and most of James were cute af, and we have to remember that he's a cartoonist and not skilled in the way Jaiden is. I loved all of these, both of you have so much talent and are so creative! Much love ❤️☮️💕

Remember when James wasn't featured on every animation channel ever and he was just a small little animation channel of 500 subscribers? I do.. but I also like it now, and I also love how much the art and animation channels have been flourishing in their little corner :)
