Their wingspans are similar sure, but draymond is still way shorter than gobert, so those contested shots jokic was still making go in even easier. There is a reason why one is speaking on the sidelines whilst the other was still playing.

First of all, Draymond just completely disregarded the team aspect of basketball by saying that Rudy has to get a stop, not the Wolves. Secondly, his opinions on Rudy should be taken with a grain of salt because he obviously doesn't like him. Finally, he said nothing about Jokić's performance.

This is what I think gets missed so much. You get 90’s fans pointing to Jokic like “look! A 90’s player is cooking the league right now” NO, Jokic is the MOST skilled big man of all time. He would fry every, single, one of the greatest centers to ever play. Jokic would fry the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, 2010’s and is dominating the 2020’s which has the most talent the league has ever seen.

When is individual accountability going to come into play? You as a player have an assignment on the court. If all your teammates are completing there assignments and you are constantly missing yours then that is on you. You have to step it up yourself and contribute to the team

Yes it might be better offense but by Rudy being the defensive player of the year, he shouldn't be getting cooked. Draymond is in the league and has played against jokic. He said it was nothing he can do against jokic but the thing is Rudy has height. With his height he should be able to get a stop or slow him down some. He can't stop him but at least get a few stops as the DPOY.

Gobert is not necessarily guarding Jokic horribly, he's actually guarding him pretty well, he even said that he partially blocked some of his shots but it still went in lol. It's just that Jokic is unstoppable.
