I wouldn't doubt Draymond reaching his goal of being a billionaire by 40. He's a very intelligent and an ambitious young man. Say what you want/assume about him. From my research on him, he's a beast on court, but totally opposite off it. The man is paying close attention to how he spends his dollars and what he invests his hard earned money into. He has also invested into keeping his body and mind right and his finances. There's no reason why he cannot achieve his goal of becoming a billionaire by forty or come pretty close to it. Enough respect!!!
I wouldn't say that he'll achieve billionaire status by 40,with all the current and future fluctuations in the economy, but his accumulation of valuable assets and property is definitely impressive. As of this post, he has just added the 2022 NBA Championship to his already impressive Awards of Recognition. Championships can translate into larger player contracts,endorsements and other lucrative business opportunities, so I wouldn't underestimate his intelligent decision making.
I wouldn't buy a $7M house! Look at the taxes, utilities and upkeeping you have to pay for that home! Draymond has high utility bills for the 3 homes he owns! For me a nice 4 bedroom home is enough!
I agree, but I am betting in order to get the security he desires for privacy requires that he purchase a home at that price point. That's a modest amount if you compare to Steph's $31M.
@@thesbytolbert7769 Definitely agree with you. The taxes and upkeep on those villas cost a pretty penny. I see people building more home than they can afford who aren't even close to an annual salary, by what he makes in a day, not even considering the utilities, taxes, upkeep, etc.
I have the same mindset; I'm much more of a minimalist. No need or craving for such a huge, luxurious palace. I mean, to each his own, but a cool, much smaller, nice 4 bedroom would suit me just fine. I would definitely upgrade my car though. Also, I think most 30 year-olds with unlimited funds would want all that, or more. To each his own.
