Great Interviewer! I have never seen her, I love her questions and how she handles herself, so awesome. Hope to see her more often. GREAT INTERVIEW, fun to watch :) Dray is seriously smart I will keep saying this, he needs to work on his emotional discipline just for his own peace of mind.

Best basketball interview I've seen in my 60 years!! No, seriously? I've been following basketball since the 70s (as a Warriors fans). My take-aways from this one is as follows: This young beautiful lady asks truly relevant questions. And yes, who knew such engaging sports questions like these would be so entertaining?! As a fan, these are the level of questions I would appreciate from mainstream professionals, but never get. And never WILL get. For countless years, we get questions that antagonize and outright piss us off. It’s like Draymond pointed out---questions that denigrate the athlete and makes them want to prove their worth and say “FU” after doing so. This interview was a gem to view, primarily because Draymond felt comfortable enough with the interviewer to be brutally honest with his answers. This is a Dray that I’ve never seen before. And I loved it!! Even the Poole confrontation answers. The interviewer didn't arrive with an already established negative bias, and i as a viewer could immediately tell. This made that topic so much more fulfilling for this fan. “Talented Loser “defines a LOT of players in this league. However, it’s the league and the media’s fault. They build these guys up, put them on an IMPOSSIBLY HIGH pedestal, and then tell them to take on the world before ever tempering the players’ minds, psyche, and spirit. This is what makes the Warriors so devastatingly potent during playoffs. And THIS is what’s meant by Warriors “DNA”. You cannot teach what Warriors players possess in these three categories within the first several years. It has to already exist; which is why the Warriors head office seeks these types of players out from the jump, and also why they are so successful. Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson were the original molds. Then came players like Gary Payton II, Andrew Wiggins, Jordan Poole…and several more. And more recently Donte DiVincenzo, Ty Jarome, and Anthony Lamb. I distinctly recall when people (fans and media pundits) were calling for the trade of Draymond, Looney, Poole and many others, just to make it to the playoff. Hell, people are STILL talking about the Warriors acquiring LeBron!! WTF?!? You can bet that one more title and LeBron is GONE! And to be frank, this is the very rout most basketball franchises typically take. They do not ‘invest’ in what they already have in order to build and refine their players like the Warriors have done since 2014. If we got LeBron, then what happens to the dynasty?! Anyway, ain't gonna happen! All that said, thank you for this incredible viewing experience, and I hope we can see Stephen Curry on here in the near future. 💛💙💦
True, but i'm a bit sick of his lack of modesty. Even Curry doesn't speak with this much confidence as Draymond, being humble guy with the most credit for their championships.
Any Dray's interview is a bliss. Even if you are not a player or not into Sports, all his talk will lead you to assess yourself and the moment you are in. Thanks for this amazing interview.
I say everytime there is a Draymond green interview it's always a great experience to hear his perspective of the game outside of him playing basketball or the game of basketball.🏀
Ma'am your interview skills are amazing! Thanks for sharing the quote that Draymond's Mother used to say - that seriously rings a bell - so very true. I've learnt so much listening to this interview. Thanks Dray, for sharing all your experiences. You are true warrior and a champion!
Got through this 1h30m interview cause it's good. Taylor is a great listener and Draymond gives very thoughtful answers to questions. I hope to see more like this in the future.
Draymond, you are an already legend. You deserve it. Taylor, you deserve to be there as interviewer. A legend clip. From Seoul, I am Korean. Much respect you all
Can't be talking about Luka and SGA, bad take. But definitely James Harden. My friends have been saying for 6,7 years that the fans deserve reg season Harden in the playoffs.
As a warriors fan of course I’m here for this interview but I have to say Taylor is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen! Sis is a goddess 👑
Your interview skills are amazing! I loved how the conversation flowed effortlessly and was able to be reflected and introspective. Draymond was vulnerable you can see the growth yet still see some insecurities but acknowledgment as well. It was enjoyable watching. Dope content
This was a really good interview. The right balance was shaped by Taylor. Inquisitive but supportive enough to allow a public guy to be as transparent as possible in a world that weaponizes and assaults differences.
Don’t let yourself be controlled by money, people, past experience’s ‼️💯💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 Draynond your definitely a winner. Intelligent, intentional smart High I Q professional basketball 🏀 player.
I'm so glad Taylor doesn't work for a watered-down job like ESPN. Imagine such a real person who gets such real interviews not being able to let these athletes shine.
I don’t like loosing!!! Even in a game of dominoes. Draynond is so right, defense win’s.If you’re down You have to get stops ‼️A lot of people don’t understand the game and I’m it for $$$$$$$
Bro its hilarious she brought up therapy when i always say she speaks like a therapist.. shes literally the nba player therapist.. she's a star and i dont think anybody could do her job on her level
It’s funny because I formed a negative opinion on Green as a person from him playing basketball. But I became a fan of his when he launched his podcast and I was able to see that side of him. Hence why I’m watching this now.
Not this guy complaining about them releasing the video. He wished it was hidden, so people couldn't see for what it was and it could have been downplayed or swept under. There's countless gsw practices videos online, he acting like there isn't. He was never able to control his emotions since he was in the NBA, ain't going to change now.
@@she.is.alissia He's trying to direct attention away from what he did to saying there was a reason why he did it, but doesn't care to explain the why at the moment. The fact that he's more annoyed that the video got released says a lot about him. To compare it with other PHYSICAL fights during practice not locker rooms, that we don't know if there were recordings is silly. If there was a recording at the time, it will likely be bought out.
@@andrewakoji7751 that’s your opinion and you are entitled to it. As I said, after listening to a number of former players…this kind of stuff happens from time to time. Does it make it right absolutely not. I’m going to believe these players including some football players who chimed in at the time of this event…oppose to your comment. Thanks!
On raising children……we must live the life lessons we want our children to learn because they watch what we do and will emulate us sooner or later, after all we are their first line role model. Also when you become a parent your life is not your own anymore!
For the punch incident, the video was likely released for money purpose….the info about the punch was already out there before the video, everybody knew what happened , that there was a big issue that happened between 2 key players of the organization.
OK, so saying that "no other video from that practice was shown" is not evidence of anything because people weren't assaulting teammates for the rest of practice so there was nothing of note to show. That said, I DO believe it was released the way it was because he was trying to demand a max contract and that video essentially cost him tens of millions.
One of the most polarizing players in the league. Guy is not even a superstar yet gets so much attention from media and fans. Personality’s like his are not everyone’s cup of tea but they sure are entertaining lol
I’ll never forgive Steph for giving dray the credentials he has. Man talks like he is an all time great when he’s an above average role player. The talented loser thing is crazy only 1 team wins it all every year, 3% of players. Most teams don’t even have a chance. Any team with a healthy steph is going to the conference finals at least, with or without dray
Think it not strange the organization still have not mentioned who released the tape. Those who have or play basketball have seen worst in the park or LA Fitness. One thing for sure, all NBA players will think twice before starting a fight. Really we all should realize (no privacy) there are cameras everywhere and everyone has one.
Draymon's right about Defense. As the saying goes " Defense Wins Game" how many time at the games have you heard the crowd yell Defense, Defense verse Offense Offense. Some people really understand Defense win games, while others just Glorifies the buckets.
@@kevinmclain4080 no lol not in this nba, this is the last Dynasty since the spurs, the players retired then what? The warriors will be out of championship contention the moment their core breaks ups
Draymond green is the best basketball player who ever lived. I’m being serious. He the most fundamental common sense player ever. He plays great in both sides of the ball. No one else today plays defense. You know I’m right.
Good interview (some additional questions could have had more depth), for the most part excellent. The one thing that I think was misunderstood was whether or not people like Draymond as a person is somewhat misleading. There are very few people who "KNOW DRAYMOND THE PERSON" and he is 100% a public figure and there lays the problem. We've come to know him as a entertainer and NOT his person and there is a big difference between the public entertainer and the real person.
"Talented Looser"!! Applies to everything .. even relationships. When things are not going well, Oh my spouse isn't that good in managing funds, or can't hustle like 'other' men/women... lots to learn about winning with Draymond. I love his mindset.
