you think he damaged himself, but in truth, he set these folks up for a defamation case, and they are screwed, yeah sure it screwed him for a while, but lol holy shit, i'm pretty sure doc, is going to be just fine and a shit load of people are going to be sued into oblivion. this includes the platforms who cancelled his contracts, yes even youtube will be sued for this and twitch, especially if there is a contract involved which from what it sounds like, there was and it was a big one on these platforms. disrespect is going to be just fine.

here is the thing, i'm not even a fan of the doc, lol, i don't watch stuff like his content, i only showed up for the drama, and i just happen to know a few things about how this will shake out and he will be just fine, everyone else who defamed him, will be screwed, now some folks just mirrored what was going on, these folks should be fine and shouldn't run into any issues. but i would still be wary and you better have some provided information that makes you not guilty in this mess, because he could go after your channel too if there was some defamation info, if you admitted that it was truth when you didn't know it was the truth.

Doc felt like he had to go scorched earth in order to expose all the parties involved with breaking the legal binding agreement in arbitration. What Doc did It is essentially a kamikaze mission and extremely risky, but he can now talk about this freely. Yeah he took a lot of personal reputational damage due to how this all turned out, but you can be damn sure there is going to be defamation and other lawsuits coming out of this. Also about Doc releasing the messages, it is not his responsibility to prove his innocence, it is the accusers responsibility to provide evidence proving guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt. According to law enforcement, Twitch Trust and Safety Team and NCMEC after having the file for 4 yrs, he did no wrong doing. they found nothing wrong. That is the reason why Twitch had to pay out his contract in the first place because they banned him without reasonable legal cause.

To be fair, if it was unfairly decided with no review, served as not guilty and even still banned anyways, those messages are still private and in no way deemed necessary to publicize if it was not illegal, immoral or indecent. Those are still his private messages with another party. So no, he does not have to disclose his messages.

I haven't watched Doc all that much, but if this is being handled legally and NOT being handled outside of court again, innocent until proven guilty still stands. It’s interesting ngl it’s making sense that he was baiting because wasn’t it after his “confession” that he then posted the fishing picture as his background and then posted the chess picture? It’s like he was saying through his post that this is bait and let’s see who falls for it and then the chess to show he’s planned this out a very interesting case and I’m assuming he’s not going to show the messages because he’s showing respect for the person he was messaging because it could possibly cause more trouble for them.

Doc left so many clues and hidden messages in his post that I caught on right away and can tell this was all planned out as a trap. I don't know what the trap is for, but it's a risky strategy that he went for and knew the consequences when he did. The statement, the chess/checkers, fishing bobber, and last was the statement on a hook showing the hidden messages that I understood right away.

I'm still on the neutral side of things because as much as I want to support doc, the only way we'll know the truth is by seeing the text messages. But I think now, it's on twitch to prove that they were in the right for banning doc. The scariest thing about the internet these days is the fact that you can screen shot a chat, post it on the internet and people will be quick to judge you and even if you have receipts and post them, it will be already too late. And also, you can even make a fake chat.

As his stream stated, this was handled "professionally" and his stream corroborated there was no wrong doing and he was paid out by stream. Best to watch Doc's full explanation, the livestream on his channel. He goes into more detail about why he used the words 'inappropriate & minor' in his statement on X. Those words are not his, they are words those Twitch employees used in their false allegations, in their BS reports to their snidey managers. Doc said in his livestream that he doesn't even know if the person (1 of countless) he was talking to found his messages to be inappropriate, 'if they were then i apologise.' Everyone who has dived deep into Doc's situation have all said the same thing...'no wrong doing.' People still think it's weird Doc privately messaged someone, whilst married etc...to me it's not weird at all, there's a video of Doc (not in character) explaining why he privately messages people aka responds to fans...because in his words he loves engaging with his community, it's part of his job, it's 1 of his hobbies. He loves bantering back & fourth with people, he loves to help those who reach out to him for guidance & support through tough times, he loves to give thanks & appreciation to those who send him love. End of the day, Doc's innocent thus far. He wasn't flirting with a minor. They are just allegations that hold no weight whatsoever. This is just a case of Doc's in character words to a fan, taken out of context & twisted & used against him. In my eyes i see no wrongdoing on Doc's behalf, i still stand by Doc.

All of this would be so much easier if we knew exactly what was said. From my understanding is he may have made jokes so I don’t think he’s guilty. But just because you don’t cross the line it doesn’t mean that standing right next to it is ok either. Poor judgement on his part but he will learn from this and I’m sure he will be ok and a lot more careful in the future.

As simple as it goes, if the allegations would be proven true, he would be in jail. Someone wanted him down under and that same person also used his name and attention to get sales for his business (Cody). Right at this time, i knew whats up. DOC isn't the example to follow in terms of decision making & being faithful, but everyone makes mistakes.

I just wanna say one thing: when I graduated basic, in our first meeting at our duty station: you cannot have any sexual interactions with anyone under the age of 18 (I was in ft Carson Colorado, Colorado age of consent is 16) because soldiers go by federal law. If “Doc” was guilty, he’d literally be in prison by now because that same law follows if you live in certain states. I believe he might have cracked some jokes “the internet” wouldn’t have agreed with, but if he was guilty he’d be in prison. Literally.

Seems like Doc’s getting thrashed by the hypocritical woke machine trying to cancel him. Like most people, I have no idea what actually happened. It’d settle a lot of arguments to see the msgs..but seeing as how they haven’t been revealed to the public, at least as far as I know, it opens the situation to all kinds of speculation. After watching Doc’s passionate response, my gut tells me that he’s getting steam rolled for doing something that was either not wrong or at the very least, pales immensely in comparison to what other greasy streamers have done & got away with, then received multi million dollar contracts later on as if their sleazy dirtbag actions deserved success & reward. Brings to mind something I heard many years ago; “Everyone makes mistakes, everyone falls. It’s how you get back up that speaks to a person’s honor. So when, you do something wrong you don’t have the right to justify yourself..and if you didn’t do anything wrong, there’s no need to justify yourself.”The fact that Doc hasn’t released the msgs that, innocent or not, changed his life dramatically..and didn’t rush to justify himself right away after Cody Conner felt the strong self important tug of a wannabe hero enough to yap his trap about something that didn’t pertain to him, definitely speaks to the merit of Doc one way or another imo. Because using that logic it seems like he held back at the beginning of this mess and maybe didn’t feel like he needed to justify anything. Now after being attacked and slandered for so long, he’s finally stepped up to defend himself because he’s had enough of what it’s costing him. I even heard one of his fellow streamers, known for grinding Tarkov claim they used to be friends, and proceeded to throw him under the bus now because they’re upset that all of this Doc drama “inconvenienced THEM”, and their mutual interest in game development. He eluded to the fact that he was aware that Doc inappropriately communicated with a girl under the age of consent. A fellow TWITCH streamer too…surprise, surprise. Self preservation & saying what he knows Twitch wants to hear, even at another’s expense? I dunno, I suspect so but I could be wrong of course. To be fair, I’m definitely bias as I like the Doc. That being said, I would never stay loyal to anyone that thinks taking advantage of underage women is ok. But again, imo, it’s worth considering that Doc’s not in jail and hasn’t faced a single legal charge. AND with the exception of the people that had it out for Doc to begin with, the powers that be didn’t even feel the situation needed escalation. That part seems to be a desperate attempt on the part of Doc’s haters to turn this all into something that it never was.
