The latest updates to the Metroid Dread Randomizer include shuffling the vulnerability of door locks. Two new custom door locks have also been added to the game: Diffusion Beam Locks and Ice Missile Locks.
This also showcases the new feature of randomized starting locations, which is currently limited to Save Stations, Map Stations, and Navigation Stations.

Hey DCR, is rando start in the current release of randovania or is that going to be in the next update?

It's unstable at the moment so it's only in development builds for now.

Seeing all of those missile capacity upgrades get passed pains me.

Well the goal is to go fast and beat the game as quick as you can. Why waste time getting unnecessary pickups? Plus, they only give you two while the other tanks give ten, so to get five two-packs literally takes five times as long as picking up one ten-pack.
