Tortelvis has just unbelievable comedic timing! The way he'll add a syllable or a word at the beginning or end of a verse is very unique and totally awesome!
says: Wow! I just heard this version now & omg! is this version fuckin' awesome! Tortelvis & the rest of the band truly shine here! Great musicianship & sound, add that & the voice of Tortelvis & this one is a true gem! The rest of the cd is just awesome as well, What a great version this is! I'm blown away! :)
Tortelvis é um dos melhores vocalistas e suas loucuras são geniais... A banda é fantástica e eles conseguem com humor transformar clássicos em outros estilos sem perder a essência... Fantástico....awesome...
i love these guys,we used to play this song ...no it wasnt this one...it was 'White Room'-we played 'White Room" in a reggae style, and people used to flip out-it is so perfect for reggae with all the tigers crouching in the jungle and stuff, these guys should do that....hey Tort-serve it up for us ,bro-
Dese guys is de real shits. Love that voice... this is what Elvis could have been if he'd stayed alive a little longer while he continued to deteriorate.
I saw these guys twice and invited friends both times. Laughed my way through most of it. What I remember... Now my friends are pretty hip, but not when it comes to Dread Zeppelin.
The band name sounds too limiting... never was I expecting to hear a Cream cover from them! Not to mention I had no idea what song this is 'till 1:15...
I don't give two shits about what Led Zeppelin thinks of this band. This is a terrible cover of a song by the immortal Cream. I can dig the reggae vibe, but three important elements are missing: Baker's drumming, Bruce's pipes (not to mention his bass playing), and really? The guitar player sounds like the guy from Primus. Clapton laid this track down, and according to legend he played it with his feet, cause he was having tea and crumpets with his hands, and nobody can hang with his shit!
