After Un Led ED was released in 1990, a friend who was a dj in northern California interviewed Jerry Garcia in-studio. From all of the new CDs lying around, he picked up a copy of the Dread Zep album with a big smile and said, "These guys are great!" How cool is that?
I love the original of this song and this is just an awesome version! I can never see why folks want to put music (and their lives ) in a box of tradition that nothing can come out of ever. Rock on Dreadzepplin!
This is the 1st. time I've seen this video. I just saw them last night at "Madison Square Garden West" aka The Coach House and even met Tort Elvis. He was a true rock star. 20 years and still going!
@WillyMcCoy50 I don't remember doing a second song on this show... BUT, if we did, it more than likely would have been "Good Times Bad Times." Those are the two that we did most often on TV for the Hot & Spicy Beanburger tour.
that was great...it's crazy-i just came across you guys today actually (i'm 25, & only now have heard of you!), but i've wanted to cover that song for a while actually..& here you guys are covering it with a reggae twist. awesome..simply awesome. Also, all the members are talented (esp. charlie haj!!) but i wanted to say that your bassist is honestly f*ckin awesome. he adds a great spice to the mix!
@Exilemainstreet ... Sadly, no pictures. And you are smart to be skeptical... after all, we were the band who used to tell interviewers that our goal was to gain so much weight that we would actually throw the Earth off it's axis (and change weather patterns!). But this DID happen... I swear!
