After one year with the Dreadbox NYX with very different sounds I made with it I now started to make a collection of NYX - Sounds.. just like the cook-book of the MiniBrute2 :)

I don’t use a laptop but bought a KeyStep with a nyx do you know how to play it through the keys on the KeyStep?

Buy a midi cable and go from midi out on the keystep to midi in on the Nyx.

Sorry man,but I've heard so many much better sounds from the NYX, These must be the most boring sounds I ever heard ,you wanna get more creative and think outside the box .

Daz Mowbray the sounds are cool but I agree the NYX can do more/different/wilder stuff also

TechnoShamanism good to hear some raw oscillatorish sounds. Proof that they are really good. On sonicstate you see that it has very spiky curves. It works really good with the reverb. So it sounds like the reverb doesnt mix up the raw sound at extreme settings. The sound is still gritty and not messed up. I have problems to achieve that with my big sky. So great plus for the nyx. Maybe it gets my "reverb synth".
