How can you possibly dislike this video...so much meaning and inspiration

People who aren't passionate about the game don't understand how hard we push our selves not only physically, but mentally. I only play baseball in my school. My friends say "you play baseball, there's no contact it's not hard" bullshit! I hate that they don't get how much I love this game. It is the live of my life. Baseball pushes you to your breaking point. "Baseball is 90 percent mental; the other half is physical"

Have university tryouts next week, after two years of rehab (sciatic nerve came out from behind knee) had to relearn everything plus a new position. I was a catcher and have been told by family and doctors that if I'm dumb enough to return and risk hurting my knee for life just please don't catch. I've spent the last 3 months training everyday as a outfielder and i hope everything goes well.

Played and loved baseball all my life.as a senior in HS,this is my last run.i haven't really gotten a lot of playing time on the team from 9th-11th grade but I've made it after getting cut from my middle school team twice.this is the year I step it up and make an impact.cant wait.may upload a video

As a college baseball player, I struggled coming in as a freshman trying to transition to college pitching. I had no confidence and the game kicked me so far into the ground I couldn't seem to get out. I contemplated quitting the game.. For good. I felt as if I peaked and couldn't compete anymore. But for some reason, I woke up one day and I looked long and hard in the mirror and I knew I couldn't just quit. I couldn't just walk away and give up. My next game, I listened to this speech. I thanked God for another day, and for the first time, in what felt like century, I had fun playing baseball. This game isn't based off of victory. It's based off of how you can handle failure. I understand that now. Don't give up. Don't ever quit. This game is precious, and I love every damn minute of it.

When I was 3 months old I started playing baseball and I remember thinking, "man, I'm so bad at baseball I wish I could be like one of the star infants:(" then I worked for 74 hard years and now I'm finally a starter on my middles school team. Hard work pays off :)

I didn't make the freshman baseball team. I was never athletically gifted like other people in baseball or for any sport for that matter. I just want to make a jv baseball. There is no life without baseball for me. I have to work hard for everything unlike those athletically gifted kids in my town. I will make to the mlb one day no matter how bad I am
