I have binged watched all of the farmhouse videos this past week and I love you guys! Everything you do looks great! My favorite parts of the house is the old buffets and dressers as vanity’s for bathroom, the buffet you painted to hide the vent work, the old sinks and definitely the old doors. I cant wait to watch more! Zeb is amazing and his love for you really shows. So sweet to see the kids out there helping you guys. 🥰

It's so exciting to see your farmhouse being built. I love these videos. But, I do have something I want to say about the range hood. Something isn't quite right about it. I think it's the two sets of corbels. I love the look of corbels but, I think one set should go. If you removed the bottom set, I can envision the arch at the front of the hood being a bit deeper. And, the corbels on the hood shelf could be bigger.

All of your attention to detail all comes together and will make a magnificent beautiful home. I love that even on the concrete it isnt just plain ole concrete. It's all one detail. The stove hood is pure art. The corbels are stunning. When he done the little arch that was exactly what it needed. So very happy for you.

The city went through and marked a bunch of sidewalks that had to be replaced in our neighborhood. We all helped each other. Digging out old walks, building forms and smoothing out cement each had "experts" .

I’ve always wondered how they did the concrete pattern - very interesting! The roof is really coming along - you’ve both been so busy! Harrington is learning a lot for the future. My husband does concrete for a living and it is tough work.......The stamping and staining (which is a mess especially that release gets everywhere)...he has gone thru many socks that way!!!!!LOL....That rangehood is gorgeous...

That was fun watching the cement being done. Love the stamping done on it 👍 I want to color my cement sidewalk...but it has been over 25 years. Stills looks new! Fascinating! I have to say though, I'm really surprised your local building department allowed you to add that much hard surface (shown here and on insta) to what was previously green. That's going to have a lot of effect on your stormwater and would definitely not be allowed here in WV. Dylan was a good sport about being filmed, I bet some people would have hated that!

Kim Hatton Utah is very arid, not much rain comes down at a time, so no worries. Usually. I have seen a river directed down 7th South in downtown SLC a long time ago, but that was pretty rare.

Wow! That is an eleborate looking range hood, so fitting with the farmhouse theme. My husband was a concretor for many years, not an easy job by any means, though you guys made it look like a walk in the park 😉👏❤

Jamie, I love everything you and Jeb do. You both are so creative. But, I don't like to be critical, excuss me, the three light fixture you put up on wall looks out of place. Does look like a bathroom fixture. Maybe something more Farmhouse style, like the light you took down, but bigger. Trying to find the right words. You and Zeb, like I said, are so creative, maybe the both of you can create something of your own. Like they make lamps out of spindles , old pottery jugs, or large glass farm canning jars. Just a thought. Love all the sinks you have done. Well basically, everything. Awesome. 🤩

I love the hood, gorgeous! Just not sure about the light above the sink. Actually I like the light but not sure about the scale, seems a bit small? I love the concrete stamped with wood-look pattern! Had never seen that before and I like it so much better than the usual brick or stone patterns! 👍👍👍💕💕💕😀

She said in an earlier statement, they are going to I believe use 4 coats of white oil wax & buff it with a car buffer. Don't quote me, but I believe that's what she said. And the countertops are not the ones she wants permanently. But for now what they are doing to get in the home sooner & fine tune it as they go.

The kitchen is in the 1917 part of the home and the window in the kitchen was existing. We can’t put new or bigger windows in for risk of crumbling the whole wall down so that’s what we had to work with. 😊
