As a Psych student, i would like to educate you on dreams! did you know you only dream 5 seconds per dream, and that dreams aren't played out in our heads, they are merely a series of (4-5) pictures our brain tries to comprehend, put together so it makes sense? well you know now! Growing up, you may have thought the scary dream you once had was very vivid and almost like a movie,,, that would be magnificent but sadly its not that fun. Also, before when i said dreams are only 5 seconds long, that does not mean you only dream 5 seconds a night. You could dream 3-5 dreams a night. Dreaming does usually only occur during stage 5 of REM. Also, everyone dreams every night. Our brains choose to remember the dream if the brain wants to. anyways, love u orion!!!

Tonight, I wrote this in my journal "I cannot deem the understanding as to why my entire family had grown up with a hearty metabolism, though I have not. Why had fate felt so infiltrated to curse me with a lack of societal standards? I have learned to hate & to love myself throughout the years for I was hoping this year I wouldn't shroud my tummy in a high-waist bottom or one piece suit. I'm tired & I feel sobs ripping at my throat. It is only 8 o'clock but I feel the fatigue crashing into my bones. Not-so-goodnight" this video has helped me come to a revelation in a matter of minutes: I must be my own God and let go of all my strains & worries.
