No sealant between panels, no flashings, no bottom mounting bracket, exposed edges and corners. You must live in a location where there is no rain or bugs! Why use insulated panels if you do not care about properly insulating?
I hope you live in an area where earth quake activity is no issue; there is no X bracing on either of the walls or the ceiling. Rectangular bracing is not the way to go. All the best !
Amazing build. could you do a price break down or an estimated. I’d love to build my own but I was thinking about going with a red iron building kit but prices have gone up like crazy
A panel construction is maybe the cheapest version.... I understand that this panel construction is 70 m2. So the avarage cost for this is 10.000€. 1) Concrete+irons+aluminiums~=4.000€ 2) panels~=5.500€ By the way, Panels cost 25-30€ per m2 in avarage europe. At this construction needed probably 120 m2 of side panels and 60 m2 of roof panels!
Hello friend ,you can take a look at my type of board ,it has a beautiful decorative effect and also provides insulation ,there are many styles that can be customized
Absolute Anfänger. Die Bodenplatte ist wohl immer nur so groß wie die Stahlrahmenkonstruktion. Wandelemente sollten ein Stück weit überstehen. Wie beim ersten mal!!! 🙈🙈🙈🙈
@@ThisIsSteyn These are panels from Panelsell. I don't think you need any sealant between them. Can use tape and flashing to seal between the ceiling and the walls. Problem that I see is the thermal bridge from the ceiling panel and out, and the water leaks under the wall panels since the slab will not drain the rain.
