they used megaphones , that's the distortion in the beginning. U can see they singing live: VLIVE Showcase break the wall. In the MV Siyeon is the "trials" in life, since her name, in korean, is similar to the korean word for "trial" (시련) - Siyeon (시연)
Siyeon always goes crazy live at concerts on the last note of 'Break the Wall', she carries it a few seconds past the music stop. Also as others have mentioned, you should check out the Vlive showcase performance, to see how they do the vocal effect.
I wait for the Rolling Quartz + Dreamcatcher on stage collab. 😁 I'll try to ask the RQ members/managment in about 4 weeks what we have to do to get to this. One of the managers said in an interview they are open to collabs (see AleXa+RQ which were great). The easiest thing to pull off would be a Good Night performance together.
@@j.w.u.5728 Something that would be even more incredible (and probably not possible but... A man can dream) is them performing before Dreamcatcher on a tour and, when Dreamcatcher perform, serving as their band. This ofcourse is more of a rock/metal concert kind of thing but it would just fit so perfectly!
@@kipzonderkop7061Yes, that would be great too..that was my hope for the concert (it think it was JUMF 2023) when they were both performing on the same day but there were two groups between them (Yoohyeon wrote that she wanted to see the RQ performance but didn't make it). Unfortunately Dreamcatcher is ~3 weeks after RQ on tour in Europe...I'm already preparing myself for the 23rd of February. 🤣 I'll have wild 6 days (2x Rolling Quartz Cologne + Berlin + 3 days later Everglow - in between 2 days of Snooker in Berlin as well) ...and as it looks

happy new year everybody . i agree i also want to see Ateez and DC cover each other . it's the perfect day for self made DC MV they still got plenty special clip and self made video but you react on the most funny the other are more serious . i love them i hope the best for them in 2024 . and for you DG as well .
dreamcatcher \:D/ unfortunately break the wall special clip doesn't have subs so it just looks like a chaotic mess but they are acting out the lyrics like in the sahara special clip. there is a break the wall live showcase video with eng subs that's pretty good so maybe put that on the list if you decide to do a live reaction video someday ;)
The siyeon solo is a remake of the ost of Itaewon class so thats most probably why you recognize it. Break the wall is one of my favorite songs by them it just perfectly showcases their more rock side and the dami rap in the bridge is awesome, same for the vocals throughout the whole song. The self made mv has subtitles if I'm not mistaken so, many of the creative ways the lyrics are interpreted can be (relatively) easily spotted by watching the special clip with them. Happy new year!
