I actually love every song at first listen so different yet have that DC touch. Im not into kpop but sure love checking them groups out but DC exceeds my expectations for kpop and I love hearing other opinions about each track. But for me this album bsides stood out more.

What is Dreamcatcher’s sound? Is it Chase Me? Is it Scream? Is it Maison? Is it Deja Vu? Is it Jazz Bar? Or is it Rainy Day? I say “Yes”! OOTD has more rock throughout the song than the Dystopia title track songs. I think it’s one of their hardest songs. I think the only thing trying hard is you trying hard to hate this album. Dreamcatcher has been experimenting since the very beginning and their sound just keeps evolving. That’s what I love about them. I can put their whole discography on shuffle and won’t get bored because everything sounds different from the last song and all their songs are good. Just let go and accept that there is no traditional sound and that Dreamcatcher is the genre. 😂

I can name 5+ reactors dissing OOTD or Shatter at first. All of them regretted it after 20+ listen once they understood the songs. You feel nothing like open minded here as you keep repeating that you will not listen to OOTD and comparing it to Itzy and Everglow which is hilarious as it means you totally miss the meaning behind OOTD. Maybe start really listening to OOTD for what it is and not repeating what it is not...

For example RAM had some of the most famous outburst against OOTD and he was not really liking Shatter at first either. But he has instantly watched the shatter showcase and totally lost it for "some" reason :D :D And a week later he had to admit how much OOTD did grow on him. Anyway my point is that OOTD and shatter are not easy to digest, but they grow a lot, and many who placed rising at top at first had to reevaluate later on, and not because rising is not a great track, but Shatter with the choreo and the Medusa theme as part of Villains and OOTD with the overflow of sarcasm are just so iconic and have an important role within Dreamcatcher discography.

SuA said herself back then that they wanna do sexy thirty and this one in Shatter seems like what she meant. Tbh I also not really like the song at first. But boosted a lot after the choreo. Also I don't think there's such a "traditional sounds" of dreamcatcher. They always have variety of sounds even they did reggae.
