I hear the navigation issue is really bad on the ecovac, gets stuck often, lose map and can’t find its way back to the dock. Have you experienced any of that?
Anyone who has had to deal with Dreame's customer service would advise your viewers to look elsewhere. My L20 never worked from day 1. Shipped it off and haven't received its replacement for weeks now. I have heard "someone will contact you tomorrow" every time I call them. I have gotten excuses such as "it's a Chinese holiday" to "our warehouse is busy" , "I can't make decisions". Trust me, if you are thinking about a Dreame, it's a lot of money and you better hope it works out of the box. I implore you to read the one star reviews.
I second this post, in my case I do not have a receipt either as I bought it from marketplace. Even though it was brand new in box it had issues since day one and now stopped working altogether just after 1 month. Dreame customer service said they cannot do anything without a receipt from an authorized seller.
In the area between your living room and the front door, where there is the tile meeting the carpet does your Dreame make weird patterns like up onto the carpet and then back off and then back up onto the carpet and then back off down the entire line of carpet meets tile? Mine does that instead of driving straight down the tile in a line on the edge. It’s highly annoying
every time i bump into your videos i wonder why the heck im not subscribed then i check your comparison videos and then i remember why LOL. No way you can compare if you run them in parallel in the same area, that's completely useless
