Been looking through vids & reviews of this hotel & your one has made our mind up to go. Really enjoyed this & we've booked all inclusive in a preferred room today for early September .Thank you for the hotel tour

Hi Katie & Dean! Great coverage, good explanations 😊👍!! We have just come home after two glorious weeks in this excellent hotel 🏨 ☀️ ✈️! (We were in 1141 pool view, Preferred Club). Christmas and New Year were great - spectacular gala and party nights with all the trimmings. A great mix of families and couples enjoying the restaurants, entertainment, atmosphere and the weather - bus journeys, boat trips, swimming in the sea, cool shops at the marina and town. We enjoyed your video a lot 😊. I have uploaded a new video of the hotels spectacular New Year fireworks display🎆 👀 👍! See you about, cheers, Don 🙋‍♂️ !

We went at the end of August early September. It was a bit breezy but the weather was lovely besides the odd gust it was lovely ☺️

so I paid so much money, ( we are going for Christmas and my 40 birthday)all inclusive plus, to be treated like someone of a lower category 😓😓😓 it will be a nightmare, not a dream 😢😢

What did you mean by all inclusive plus? As that sounds like it could be preferred. Honestly the staff are so friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, they certainly won’t treat you like a lower category, it didn’t matter if you were B&B, half board etc they from what we saw they try to ensure everyone has the best stay possible!

@@OurWildingAdventures this means that we will have a replenished fridge every day and unlimited access to 3 restaurants, this is not privileged ,it's just a bonus to all inclusive

The restaurants do not need to be booked, as you’re all inclusive you just need to go to whichever restaurant you want to eat in, at busy times there may be a queue but didn’t take us anymore than 10mins to be seated.

Oh I see, my recommendation would be to make the most of your mini fridge as they are very generous with refills! Also you could ask the hotel about upgrades to preferred as they sometimes have good deals to upgrade, if you wanted to use the preferred club! I am sure you will have a lovely time regardless!
