Yeah u can it be an easy animation to do

Put the button into a key frame. Record that key frame turning on the timeline. Set timeline to once. Or use a node. Input button from controller sensor. Output into timeline with the animations in it. Then in that timeline have a expanded key frame from start to finish of the timeline.. record it turning off power to the node.
