Thanks for your comment and feedback. If you watched the tutorial then you got full marks for the html section as this tutorial was exactly what was in the exam. Well done and good luck with paper 2. In paper 2 i suspect there will be more work in powerpoint. Action buttons, hyperlinks etc. In word, probably bookmarks will be included

amazing video as usual but i just have one question regarding the coding / html part of the web authoring task our school will provide us with microsoft web expression 4 which is very similar to dreamweavr but i really dont like using the coding part of the app and i was just wondering if i could get away with only using the design part of the app? obviosuly i do fully understand the code and i know that for the meta part and video part i will have to use the code but for all the other tasks could i get away with just using the design section? or will i lose marks for that? (Regarding the meta tags it wouldv e been much better if you have answered the meta tag questions in the 2023 specimen ict paper *not complaining just letting you know and thank you so much for these amazing well explained videos* )
You can use the design part only with no issues. As long as you provide the printouts as they are required then you will not lose any marks. The code part for HTML is minimal so very few marks to be lost from not coding meta tags. As for the 2023 specimen paper, yes i could have elaborated more on the meta tags but wanted to stay on the concept of solving the paper as the videos get too long. i thought about creating the meta tags video after. hello! could you possibly make a video on how to create classes, use div tags, and create a bookmark within a webpage using an id attribute? also on how to create hyperlinks from text and images to: • bookmarks on the same page • other locally stored web pages • a website using the URL • send mail to a specified email address • to open in a specified location (the same window, a new window, with a window named as specified).

XLOOKUP is optional so you don't have to use it as many do not have Office 365. Excellent demonstration video. A lot of thanks but in our school we still using Sharepoint designer 2007 and I tried to write the meta codes as you did but it is not quite responding as expected. How can we fix this issue for helping our students?.
I think that SharePoint Designer adds a "/" at the end of the line of a Meta tag which is causing the issue. If this is the case you can copy paste the code in to a notepad with a html extension and open the file in the browser. it should work fine. At the end of the day, for the Exam students need to supply the code and screen shots from the browser. SharePoint has this issue with meta tags unfortunately. i wold use the note pad method as a quick fix for the exam.
