I could easily live in this roomy home that is so well laid out. Those rooms are so nice and inviting! I would switch those arched windows to the front and add a deck to the back.

I love a galley kitchen. No hard to reach corners that just swallow anything you put in them. Great plan.

NICE! Love the way the fireplace and bedroom entrances are angled, the good sized working kitchen/pantry (and drawers instead of all doors on the lower cabinets!), not to mention a working fireplace. Absolutely a well done little home.

Perfect house. I would slide the stackable washer/dryer toward the exterior wall so that the dryer can vent out.

Well done! This house includes all the features that I look for (even if it also has a fireplace, which I would omit). There is plenty of storage throughout. This is a thoughtful, functional plan!

The only things I would change is swapping the closet and the bathroom in the owners suite. That would make the bathroom bigger and allow for a window for good ventilation. It would also allow access to the master bath and bedroom via a door off the kitchen for better access. Also I would want a real brick or stone chimney, not that weird pipe thing.

Nice home , but I would omit the big fireplace takes up to much room , maybe would in smaller one under the tv with wood mantel and omit the window from the bedroom to the porch and swap the master bedroom bathroom with closet , more space where closet is for double sink and shower maybe even enough room for stand alone tub too.

Everything is wonderful, except the toilet in the hall bathroom. It should not be facing the door for aesthetic purposes. The sink and cabinet should be smaller with the toilet tucked into that far corner.

Beautifully done home. I really like this one. Master is awkward for our furniture. We need 12’ minimally to accommodate our bed and side tables, which we both use. Don’t think it would fit…😢
