I just made this and yum, yum yum 😋I used all Victoria Keto Kitchen 2.0 flour mixture (no coconut or whey protein) Baked it in my Faberware 10X15 cookie sheet pan. It came out more like a soft cookie rather than cake which is fine with me. Flavor is awesome. Thank you Carolyn for another fabulous recipe ❤

Just baking this cake again right now. I changed a few things to make it more to my liking. I will not add that much frosting. I will use half only and the other for a chocolate cake.😊❤ I can't wait until it's done. And yes, I ate that other one I made. I froze half of it so it works well freezing it, also. But I ate that frozen half, too.😂 Thank you for this recipe. It is super yummy!!❤

I just baked this cake. The cake is still cooling and it looks and smells delicious but... I finished preparing the frosting and I keep eating it!!😂😂 Because WOW!!This frosting is so delicious!! A winner!!! I'm gonna use this same frosting for my keto chocolate cake and call it reeses cake.😂😂 Your recipes never disappoint!! And I know this cake is going to be amazing too. Thank you❤❤. @@AllDayIDreamAboutFood I live on Long Island, NY where kindergarten teachers in public schools make more than college professors in private schools, and most folks can barely make it due to the cost of exorbitant property taxes. & No, the outcomes do NOT justify the costs when you look at the national academic school rankings.

@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood Also, we'd have to compare the listed teacher salaries against the average salaries in those states. Here, teachers are also tenured & their legal fees are paid via tax dollars when they are sued for rape or misconduct & have a very powerful union. Good work if you can get it. Most of us with equal or better formal education cannot compete. With their hands in the pockets of tax payers, there is no end to the revenue stream as there is for the rest of us in private business who get no or tiny raises in lean times....
