My daughter is on the SCD diet to control her Crohn’s disease. So many of your recipes are legal for her to have. I am so thankful for your amazing talent to make treats for her to enjoy! It breaks my heart when it’s her birthday and she can’t indulge in a cake to celebrate. Now she can! 😘

I'm glad u mentioned portion control and then came up with a way to help with it. I made ur 2 ingredient chocolate cake recipe, but in a mini-muffin tin, smaller than cake pops. I ate all 12 over about 4 hours, before I realized, dang! I just ate over half a bag of chocolate chips lol They were really good tho. 😊

Not only have you motivated me with eating better as well as being more mindful of what I use with cooking. But the most motivating part is knowing you through your channel with you being a hands on mom. Im a single mom and being independent is important especially being that example for my girls. Thank you for this! My daughter turns 16 on monday. She has adopted my low carb way of eating and shes to the point, like me, that even if she tried to eat regular cake, it just make her sick to her stomach. I just started watching you maybe a few months or so ago. I trust your recipes because you look like you really enjoy food and when you enjoy food you don't want an alternative that doesn't taste close to the original. Whenever you're eating something you look like you enjoy it so much and it tastes so good! I love sweets as well and can't control my portions when it comes to sweets. I'm a healthy girl 5ft 10in. 209 and just lost 32 lbs. So I can't wait to try your sweet recipes, Starbucks drinks, and a couple of homemade pizza videos that I've seen. You're doing a great job!

I make single serving desserts too. Two of my quickie favorites are 1.) 2 pitted dates, 1tbs PB, topped w 1TBS SF Lily’s dark chocolate melted w 1/4 tsp organic coconut oil. Put in freezer for 15-20 min 2. 8ml melted organic coconut oil, 1TBS Ghirardelli’s Dutch processed cocoa powder, squirt of liquid stevia, 1TBS PB (stir until blended). I put mine in an ice tray w/rubber bottoms (pops right out after hardened in freezer for 10-15 min). YUM!!

I do not like Lily's Chocolate, I love HU Chocolate chips and no processed seed oils like Lily's. Give it a try.

YES! A chocolate, peanut butter, tres leche, ALL flavors you can think of! GIRL! You just got a new sub today! And I'm 76 but I don't have a MICROWAVE! Yikes! Any solution? You're great! I was 400 pounds. I'm down 180 pounds and today I'm 220! I'm heading for 150if the good Lord let's me! All I'm doing is counting calories, 1200 per day! It's finally working. I have been dieting all my life, but it's finally working. I'm making this cake tonight. I hope an air fryer or oven can be used. I have no space for a microwave. I've got a slow cooker and a rice maker in a very small apartment. LOVE YOU!
