It is Single Section Sunday and we are coming to you with one of the cutest modern, contemporary style cottage. The Guadalupe is a small one bedroom home coming in at 660 square feet. The beautiful exterior of this home have very neutral tones, allowing to home to fit well in any environment. On the porch we added a newer feature to RRC, which are the x style design on to porch rails. Now, if you liked to exterior of the home just wait until you walk inside to the breathtakingly bright and modern design. White walls, vaulted ceilings, crown molding and plenty of windows throughout. In the kitchen we did White cabinets on top and bottom, stainless steal appliances, for a pop of color we added a shiplap accent on the front of the elevated kitchen bar. One of the most popular parts of this floor plan is the dual vanity sinks in the bathroom even though it is a one bedroom model. Further into the bathroom we have a space prepped and ready for your wash machine and dryer but it is not for stackables, its is a split area where the washer goes on one side and the dryer goes one the other. Since this isn't a park model but a step above, you have more flexibility in the bedroom. You can put any size bed in the room without losing space anywhere else in the room or home.
