Thank you for the google doc. I just finished the game after waiting for too long to pick it up. About half way through playing, I was think that this would be an enjoyable speedrun. I look forward to watching more videos and seeing the advancements with the new dlc. Many Thanks!

Something I feel would make for a weird but possibly interesting run is getting all of the cursed obelisk dialog. It'd probably be pretty quick but it would be interesting seeing what setup is worthwhile when you need to get through each area at maximum panic. Of course, the drawback is that it means at least a little bit of panicked strand again.
i know it doesnt change anything, but right now im doing a run where i do EVERYTHING before i turn in any relics besides the napkin. Im not going to dredge any of the artifacts. once i do everything else, including visiting and touching every basalt pillar (which does mean the necklace will end up sitting in storage), im gonna hand over the watch first. also i saved the dockworker by tossing the big package overboard. honestly just an excuse to play the game a second time.
That wasn’t 100% of the game. That was probably a good 99.5% but not 100%. What are you forgetting? Paint. You need to collect all the aberrations of the crab varieties and deliver them to the painter in Little Marrow. Then it will be truly 100%.
This video was done before the introduction of paint. At that point in time, this run was a complete 100%. If you are interested about the inclusion of the newer content, you might be interested in my 100%+-World record which includes the DLCs and paints. :)
Nice run, I'm currently playing the game and I love it so much. I was wondering if you could tell me how to contact the devs for those sprites since I'd like to use them for roleplay games if possible
I'm so like your speedruns, Hussa❤ But I don't understand two moments: 1) Why you keeping "Sampling Device" in your storage? You can drop this for free 3 slots. 2) You have so much money in the end of a game. Maybe you loose some extraminutes for farming money in Devil's Spine? Maybe I wrong, but think about it. Maybe you need to remanaged your time for last ship upgrading? I hope you understand my bad English. I'm waiting so much to see your new speedruning, in 1.1 version)
Thanks for your kind words! I really aprreciate it! 1. The sampling device is an Abyssal rod which makes it possible to catch Angler Fishes, which are very expensive and help a lot while money farming. 2. Yes, I overfarmed money. Usually we need more because upgrade parts are reaaally expensive. I wasn't sure how many I had exactly so I did a few more trips to be sure. Turned out to be a mistake! :)
Hey Hussa, was wondering your method for leveling up your hull so fast. I found an extremelly fast way and was wondering if you were using the same as me lol
It is shown in the Video :p major parts of the Upgrading happen during the run on the route. At Gale Cliffs, I already get the first Hull Upgrade and the second Engine Upgrade for example. Thus, I try to maximize inventory space and speed as early as possible in order to make the rest of the route more efficient :)
@HussaSR Really, Gale Cliffs? I've found Steel Point to be incredibly fast. You get around 2 cloth, 2 wood, and 3 scrap every time. U just head back to the docks and exit the game and reenter. Boom, it's as if it's never left, haha. Keep up with the good grinding though! I hope they'll add some more achievements once more of the major updates come in like the paid dlc
@@Serket800 I use exactly this method to farm the materials very early on! Don't forget we need the Refined Metal for the Hull Upgrade, which can't be easily farmed. Also, a lot of money is needed. This is why many upgrades happen throughout the run. The upgrade timings are positioned in a way that helps to fulfill other tasks. 🫶
We put a lot of thought into this and decided that either ending can be used to finish the game, but only one is needed for the 100%. The mods on speedrun.com agree as well.

@@HussaSR Because 1) half of your would-be viewers might be Trump supporters themselves who don't see things the way you do, 2) Current politics is a divisive subject that has absolutely no place in a speedrun video (I watch videos like yours to get away from politics) and 3) You proclaiming your political statements opens the door to others doing the same, which only creates arguments and flame-wars that I'm sure you don't want here. Just please do us all the courtesy of avoiding political commentary on this channel. If you want to discuss politics, consider starting another channel dedicated to it.
