I don't get homes in Texas. You have a nice size home and the builder does a cheesy detail like metal and wire handrails. I see this all the time and just shake my head.
I wish the kitchen sink was under a window is my only complaint about this home. The attention to detail and the interior designers touches…I loved this house.
All details shown nicely.covered all aspects.Only the sink should've been near a window as the gentleman said.Could have been an awesome view .The sitting area or family room near the window is the best.

I do. The Lynmar 2 base price is $1.149.000. And other plans start lower. They have lot sizes from 80’ wide, 100’ wide and 110’ wide. I also tell you about specific quick delivery homes that have all the upgrades and Greenbelt lot premiums.
@@SethKoppel_NewHomes colo , driving thru Tx and just ran out of bud before getting pulled over. Cops ask if we have cannabis, we say no we ran out . Cop says he can search our car cuz we said we're out of pot. he finds a few flakes of cannabis and 2 seeds on the floor and arrests the driver. Pulled a gun and we were in shock. Being out of weed in Colo is felony in Tx.
Interesting. I was actually thinking about a black and gold decor for our home. What about it makes it tacky? What color decor would make it better or less tacky?
@@jorgesmith2000 personally it looks very cold that's just my opinion. I like Black and Gold maybe mixed in with decor, and not too cold modern. I prefer modern Barn house style, preferably darker woods
