My experience with this Dremel accessory EZ402 for Dremel cutting, grinding and buffing wheels that I feel trades convenience for safety with its design. I contacted Dremel customer service and was forwarded to their product safety specialist, Jennifer Uzumcu, to alert them of my experience, get feedback and attempt to get a resolution. I received the typical corporate failure-to-take-ownership response several times, with their resolution for me to make sure the wheel periphery remains perfectly perpendicular throughout the cutting operation and the cutting force should be kept completely in line with the wheel periphery or I can return it all to them for a refund. I explained that in actual use, the user can only do as best as humanly possible to control the ability to have the wheel perfectly positioned to the material and the direction of force. We are not machines. I was ignored.
