Dressing the girlies & speculating about American Girl | Caroline coming back? Future Releases?

i love listening to your hopes & dreams about AG !! i would very much love Felicity, Samantha, & Caroline to come back!!! i just started collecting PC/AG & buying the older ones on ebay sometimes come with weird smells & having new ones is so much better! love the commentary between the dolls at end!!

So fun to hear your thoughts because I have been speculating to myself as well! I absolutely think Samantha and Felicity are coming in the future👀 And I expect to at least see the outfits that go to the other 4 books for Addy, Josefina and Kirsten because just books 1&4 would be strange. But I think they might spread out those releases over 2+ years because 6 releases is kind of a lot. I would really love some of the outfits that are very hard to find secondhand AND brand new outfits for them as well but that seems less likely to me. Not sure what I think about Caroline and MG&C coming back as much as I would LOVE to get their items again I feel like rereleasing them would be a whole different scenario than just doing the older, really iconic, classic characters like the others. I would be less surprised about the best friends coming back!

Nice video! I love the fish braids on your Kirstin! I would totally be interested in you talking about the history of Felicity and Addy. I think the best friends should come back as part of the main doll collections too. That would be amazing! I love Caroline and she was my first American Girl doll as an adult collector. 💕

I never had the thought with the historical re-releases that it's books 1 and 4! That's so odd if you really think about it. I just want more historical in general. Most of my direct from AG spending has been the modern stuff, but the historical stuff is really what makes me happiest.

This is what I would love to see too! All the book outfits for the current historical new releases and then Samantha, Felicity and Caroline next year! I just checked out all of Caroline's books from the library to read for the first time. I'm excited to hear it was one of your fave series. Loved this format!

The problem with Caroline was her hair. I have her, am an adult collector, and it drives me nuts. When I would visit the AG store after her release, I saw the most horrible looking Carolines in line at the hair salon. There was no way to tame it. If she is released with better hair, I can see her selling well…if they keep her gorgeous eyes!
