Drew Timme Posts CAREER HIGH 37 Points On #5 Texas 

I think the coolest thing about this game was that Chet took 3 shots and Gonzaga still won by 12. Yes Timme scored 37 but it shows how lethal of a squad they have if the #1 Freshman in the country can play his role & they still dominate.

Drew has become one of my favorite college basketball players in recent memory. From dominating people with old school post moves, to helping opponents up after charges/fouls & smiling throughout the whole game dudes got the whole package on the court. I’m a huge fan.

This was the most casual 37 I've ever seen, very little resistance from Texas' interior D. The guards had no problem getting to the rim either. Timme will have other big games but I don't think you can draw any conclusions from this one.

Chet barely even got to do anything that #5 Texas team was so unprepared. But even after a year off he changed the Thunder from about .500 to winning the west - I just wish they were the Sonics again.

Not gonna lie when I watched him dominate in highschool I thought he was gonna bust in college Bc of his play style. Now in college I don’t think his game could translate into the nba. I hope he proves me wrong again

Let’s call a spade a spade ♠️ he worked on smaller forwards the whole game . Texas had nobody of equal size to even match him. Let’s see if he does that against UCLA and Duke which i highly doubt it

I really like Timme's game but he really needs to stop the posturing after every made shot. If it were 30 years ago and elbow to the mouth would stop all that garbage.
