Great race this year. I will go with Resilience for a minor upset!

I have to go with the favorite Sierra Leone but I don't think he's unbeatable , this year's 3 year old crop is not stellar to say the least. I'll be using more horses than just SL on my horizontal wagers , especially the pick 4 & 5 that end with the Belmont Stakes. I'm just hoping it doesn't rain to hard so the big stakes on grass stay on it.

I have a chance to cash tickets on all three TC races, the first time EVER! And I can tell you right now, though I don't think my chances are great because of this, there is NO WAY I am not picking and rooting for Mr. Lukas and Seize The Grey! I would like nothing better than seeing him wire this race! The only other point, other than congratulations Dan for catching the DRF hat finally, and the fact Mike and Dan are the very best at this, is can you imagine if MindFrame wins this race? If he does, comparisons to Flightline will immediately commence! I don't think he will, but it is horse racing...

Great Job! and yes, Siera Leone is the only horse in the field that can win this by open lengths, it's his time, he's inches away from coming into this race 5 for 5, it's a battle for 2nd, and I feel The Wine Steward will fight to the finish and hit the board

#1 - Seize the Grey - makes the lead here unless Dornoch or Mindframe wants it. May hang around for a piece #2 - Resilience - Billy Mott likes him more than I do. I like others better #3 - Mystic Dan - Top contender. Will follow #1 into the 1st turn, figures to get a good trip again #4 - The Wine Steward - Will make his presence felt for a while but probably will tire down the lane #5 - Antiquarian - Certainly has talent and might grab a share #6 - Dornoch - If he breaks good I expect Luis to try and put him on the lead, but he is too slow for these #7 - Protective - Will battle for last place. Hardly here. Pass #8 - Honor Marie - Nope #9 - Sierra Leone - Will be rolling down the lane, seems only a horrible trip stops him from getting his photo taken #10 - Mindframe - Not for me but I would not be shocked if he ran big. The last time i went to Saratoga was to witness Lord Avie run em down from behind the clouds. But the rains came instead and spoiled his coronation to King of racing in the colonies. Hope it doesn't happen to SIERRA LEONE on saturday: bucket loads of slosh raining down on this commoner champion's parade.
