To my eye this red/white car is the best looking drifter there is! Just watched Mondello race and it jumps up from there, just pure sexines. Someday.. In my eyes it is not overbuilt, but is enough badass. And yes those rims are spot on on it. 11/10!

Actually, there are many drivers in FD or DMEC that prefer hanging pedals rather than modern pedal box. It’s all about driver’s preference.

The S15 looked to have much more understeer and front brake bias compared to a normal track oriented car.

It's fact, not opinion. You can make a drift car grip race, but it would require a lot of setup changes first like different spring rates, roll bars etc. In it's 'drift' form these cars just understeer as Piotr demonstrated. Conrad Grunewald once described FD cars as "sideways drag cars" because they just squat on the rear and rely on heaps of mechanical grip which is great for forward bite when you're sideways, but it does very little for making sure all 4 tires stay planted around a corner.

@@ARSDG no you can it's just because they're produced for a short amount of years it's difficult, but there are a lot of American Pro 2 drifters with S15s

For 2017 and 2018, they used FEAL SUSPENSION (owned by Odi) but BC RACING Sponsored them so they can't really reject the most popular suspension in drifting.

Nie jestem Piotrkiem, ale mogę Cię zapewnić, że zdecydowanie legalne to nie jest :D Tak zmodyfikowanego driftowozu nie zarejestrujesz na ulicę. Sam swap silnika jest problematyczny w legalizowaniu, nie wspominając już o zawiasie, hydrołapie, chłodnicy w bagaju, modyfikacjach oświetlenia itp. Co ciekawe, z zamontowanym, ale odłączonym (np. bez butli) nitro można się poruszać po drogach. Do Drift Open da się zrobić furkę, która będzie legalnie jeździć po ulicy. Wystarczyłoby zakuć SR20DET (albo robić setup z RB25DET ze Skylinem jako bazą), dać większe turbo, icek, gwint, lekko zwiększony kąt skrętu i na ~400-500 koni może się udać, ale będzie daleeeeko właściwościami jezdnymi od typowego drift builda. Do klasy PRO AM może się nadać.
